This past year and ½ has been unprecedented and has caused all of us to modify how we run our businesses and live our lives. This extended period is a unique and challenging time for our industry and the world and unfortunately the challenges continue.
The pandemic’s impact on our supply chain, our industry and the overall economy has not abated, both from an availability and price perspective. We continue to drive actions to meet demand and timelines to the best of our ability. Freight, both premium rates and overall availability, raw materials (steel, aluminum, copper, wood and plastics) and component costs have continued to rise significantly, many higher than we have seen in decades. As a result, HTPG will be implementing a general list price adjustment of up to 8% on equipment, warranties, and parts. The increase is on equipment, accessories and parts orders received on or after September 2, 2021. Orders that are received prior to this date, for standard lead times, will not be affected.
